I’m Steven S. Paul, owner of TDT Vehicle Expert Witness Services. I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, diagnostics, and repair across a broad spectrum of platforms—including automobiles, heavy-duty trucks, RVs, and specialty vehicles. I hold ASE Master Certifications in both Automotive and Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck categories, which reflect the depth of my technical knowledge and professional commitment to accuracy and safety standards.
Over the course of my career, I’ve personally inspected more than 5,000 vehicles and authored over 1,000 expert reports. As a certified vehicle appraiser and court-qualified expert, I provide detailed, unbiased evaluations that stand up to legal scrutiny. My areas of focus include mechanical failure analysis, warranty disputes, valuation issues such as diminished value and total loss, and fraud or misrepresentation claims. I understand what’s at stake in litigation—and I deliver clear, evidence-based findings that support the pursuit of truth and justice in every case I take on.
